on July 5, 2015 Sometimes we forget that God will always provide for us, especially if what our heart desires is in His plan for us. Sometimes it’s not in a way you expected or the way you really wanted, but it always works out in the end, because He loves us and wants what’s best for us. I wanted to share with you all my very real moment with God.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been considering starting up a 2nd blog/site, featuring up and coming artists in the music industry to help them get their music out there. I had lots of artists that were very enthusiastic about my idea, but as I got into it, I had a friend that is an entertainment lawyer tell me to be careful about using photographs taken by other people due to copyright laws. I was getting permission from the artists, but I needed permission from the photographers as well. I was getting really discouraged about the entire thing, so I decided to pray. I prayed that He would help me keep my focus and my intentions pure in this endeavor & help remind me to never sacrifice my integrity for money. I also prayed that God would give me a sign on whether this was the right path for me or not. Not even 5 seconds after I finished my prayer, my phone went off. I had an e-mail from one of the photographers, giving me permission to use her photo.
Sometimes, Let Go & Let God is exactly what you need to do. He will make sure that whatever is “meant to be” in your life will come to fruition.
